The asphalt team is composed of members of both the materials and construction groups. Together the team strives to provide outstanding customer service and to assure the quality and safety of the roadway. 

    The materials group helps meet these goals by overseeing inspection and testing operations, performing project reviews, assisting project personnel and researching new technologies.
